Small Business Engineer
Most owners try to run their locomotive every day without gauges. It’s exhausting.
Small Business Engineer is a hands-on consulting practice — not an app, a course, or a piece of business software. I’m Jeff Beach, an engineer who’s personally built and run over a dozen small businesses over 25 years. I work directly with small business owners to diagnose exactly what’s holding their business back and help them build better business systems — so their businesses create freedom instead of consuming it.
The Problem
You didn’t start a business to run on fumes.
Nothing’s technically broken, but nothing’s really working either. You’re the one holding it together — which means the second you stop, it stops. That’s not a personality flaw. It’s a missing gauge. You can’t fix what you can’t see.The Free Instrument
Start with one gauge. It’s free.
Ten questions. Two minutes. You’ll get a real PSI reading on your business, plus one system you can fix today — free, no strings.

Why SBE
Built by someone who’s still running the trains himself.
Jeff is an electrical engineer by training — Kettering University — who spent years managing multi-million-dollar programs for Bosch, Valeo, Ford, and GM before trading corporate engineering for business ownership. Over the next 25 years he started, ran, or invested in a dozen industries: candy vending, mortgage brokerage, rental real estate, retail, embroidery, restaurants and bars, and an apparel factory outside Bangkok he grew to 20,000 garments a month. Every one of them taught him the same lesson — businesses rarely fail from one big mistake, they get buried under small inefficiencies nobody built a system to catch. Today he still owns and runs two Daylight Donuts locations in Tennessee, where every SBE system gets proven on his own business first.Ready When You Are
